Home Staging
Price of the stage depends on how large the home is and home much furniture and accessoris are needed. Prices range for $3K-10K+. This includes delivery, pickup and the first months rental. After first 30 days there is a smaller furniture rental fee.
*We do offer pay at closing options (or on termination of listing).
Occupied Home Staging
Sellers still living at home? No problem. We will help them edit personal items and come in and stage with a combination of their items and ours. Prices depends on amount of furnishings needed and the number of people /pets living in the home.

Pre-Listing Seller Home Consultation
For a small fee of $500, we offer to come to the Sellers home and meet with them. We tell them what they should do to prepare the home for market to make it more appealing to potential Buyers. Or, if they are wanting design/remodel ideas for what might attract more buyers for the least amount of money, we can help! Small changes with big impact.

All homeowners need help now an them with ideas on what might look good in their home or just narrowing down their taste. Let us find and cultivate a look and sytle that speak to you. We will locate and price out options for you. We take the stress of home design away and just let you have fun seeing it come together.

Lets face it! Remodeling or updating your home can be extremely stress full. Let us be the point of contact for the remodel. We will get bids from contractors, help you design the updates, source material, manage costs to try to stay on budget and stay on top of what's being don on a daily basis to help the project stay on track.
