Price of the stage depends on how large the home is and home much furniture and accessories are needed. Prices range for $3K-10K+.  This includes delivery, pickup and the first months rental. After first 30 days there is a smaller furniture rental fee.

Sellers still living at home? No problem.  We will help them edit personal items and come in and stage with a combination of their items and ours. Prices depends on amount of furnishings needed and the number of people /pets living in the home.

We offer to come to the Sellers home and meet with them. We tell them what they should do to prepare the home for market to make it more appealing to potential Buyers. Or, if they are wanting design/remodel  ideas for what might attract more buyers for the least amount of money, we can help! Small changes with big impact.
